The Company shall prepare the working drawings after the Design Development has been approved.

The Architect shall provide all architectural and engineering drawings and documents required by the various Approving Authorities and assist the Owner with the necessary amendments as required by the Authorities.

After receiving Final Schematic Design approval from Owner.

The Company shall start preparing the Design Development. The Architect/Consultant shall develop the detail in accordance with the desire of the Project Owner, technical suitability and standard of practice.
