An Architect By Profession, started his carrier with Rajender Kumar Associates and Hafeez Contractor, as an architect. he has delivered few iconic projects by giving his services related to architecture, PMC & construction and have gained good knowledge in construction and project management, in last five years.

During his carrier, he has successfully completed a number of residential houses, villas and four storied plus stilt builder’s floors, commercial & hospitality buildings. The projects ranges from personal houses to builder floors, from re-designing and renovation of hotels for various clients like Fnp, Avalon Resorts, Jindal group, Club Mahindra & Signature Resorts etc.
A few banquets & super-marts are also on list of his works related to architecture & PMC.

A Construction Manager, has a long experience of MORE THAN 30 Years in Construction Industry, Project Execution & Management.
During his Professional carrier, he has worked with Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd on their various prestigious projects like Jaypee Spa & Resort, Greater Noida, Jaypee Wish Town Housing Society, PNB Headquarter at Dwarka etc.
Partnered with Vivaan Contech India P. Ltd, he has completed few BJP Office building in Haryana in various cities and Residential towers for BPTP & currently managing on-going construction of SCO’s at Omaxe World Street, Faridabad.

With expertise in hotels, he has successfully completed hotel projects like Avalon Courtyards, Marriott Amritsar, Holiday Inn Amritsar.
Earlier he has delivered few landmark projects like Escorts Hospital in Amritsar, A 200 Room Hostel building, 58 Rooms Hotel with Spa in Delhi along with various factories, Bungalows, villas, farmhouses.
Also worked with Air India, AIIMS, VSNL, etc. as maintenance contractor.
